Jennifer and Marva would have many conversations about personal training, health and ways to benefit the community. Jennifer informed Marva that the suite next to GetUFit had become vacant, which evolved into conversations about starting a business to enhance the benefits GetUFit has to offer. They started doing research on products and services they could offer the community which would set them apart from other small businesses while improving health and well-being without the usual high expenses of traditional beauty and wellness services.

After discussing it further, they decided to branch off of GetUFit and establish KeepUWell. The first product they researched was foot detoxification which led to the purchase of the Alimtox Foot Detox system. Upon further research, they decided in addition to the Alimtox Foot Detox they wanted to offer aqua massage. Jennifer and Marva knew from the beginning that they did not want their services to be like any others. When they offer A Custom Aqua Massage, you get "A Custom Aqua Massage."

They wanted a location and atmosphere where both men and women could walk through the door and immediately feel comfortable and relaxed in the ambiance of a spa without having to spend the time nor money of a traditional day spa. Both Jennifer and Marva run KeepUWell in a very client-oriented manner; their goal is to provide personal and professional service where people will return for their own repeated services, but also spread the word among their friends and family to bring in new clients.

Jennifer's over twenty years of experience in personal training and nutrition combined with Marva's twenty plus years as a spa enthusiast creates a unique blend of people skills, knowledge, and an understanding of client needs. KeepUWell has become a place where guests will feel comfortable and where their questions will be answered and their wellness improved in a serene environment.

KeepUWell's certified make-up artist Sarah had the unique opportunity to study under Joe Blasco at his cosmetic and make-up school. Sarah has a passion and dedication for her work always striving to go above and beyond for her clients. Sarah specializes in all skin types and has additional skills to deal with covering up scars and birth marks. She has also become certified to apply XTreme Lash eyelash extensions with the care and expertise necessary to qualify her as a true artist. Sarah is a welcomed addition to KeepUWell.
